• Gordon started in the Real Estate with Pro-Agency in Brooks, Alberta in 1974
• Gordon moved to High River in 1980 and purchased the Century 21 Real Estate office
• Sold 2 Century 21 franchises in Okotoks and High River in 1994 and opened up a private office called Jackson Realty Ltd. with his wife Raimunda, also a licensed realtor
